I’m fascinated by the psychology behind design; why people trust technology, what makes experiences feel intuitive, and how thoughtful products can genuinely improve people’s lives.

That curiosity led me to UX research and design (and eventually an M.S. in Human-Centered Design & Engineering), where I’ve explored everything from designing for trust in autonomous vehicles to creating behavior-centered experiences that support meaningful change.

I believe good design goes beyond usability. The best products understand people (their motivations, frustrations, emotions, and needs) and meet them with empathy and intention.
